1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using x777gg in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full legal capacity to do so under Philippine law;

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with x777gg, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration. Each player may hold exactly one (1) x777gg account. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x777gg login credentials. You agree to notify x777gg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. x777gg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification. x777gg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: (a) before processing any withdrawal; (b) where transaction patterns suggest unusual or suspicious activity; (c) for compliance with PAGCOR AML reporting requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. x777gg may charge a dormancy administration fee of ₱50 per month on dormant account balances after the 12-month threshold, following written notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x777gg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. x777gg reserves the right to revise these thresholds with prior notice posted on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status. x777gg does not charge withdrawal fees for standard e-wallet withdrawals via GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur processing fees charged by the recipient bank, which are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on x777gg are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified at point of transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. x777gg is subject to PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). x777gg may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Large cash equivalent transactions may require additional documentation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by x777gg are subject to the specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions stated in each promotion's individual terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.4 Loyalty Program. 6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Gaming

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would confer an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the x777gg platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors and failing to report them to x777gg immediately;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions without first attempting resolution through x777gg's official dispute process;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or impairs the operation of the x777gg platform or its server infrastructure.

x777gg cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), and other Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected criminal activity on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on x777gg — including but not limited to the x777gg brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of x777gg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x777gg platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or sell any x777gg content without express prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 x777gg provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, x777gg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 x777gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if x777gg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 In all cases, x777gg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x777gg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit x777gg's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 By x777gg. x777gg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or a competent authority; (e) where continued operation of the account poses a risk to x777gg or other players.

10.2 By the Player. You may close your x777gg account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance (subject to KYC verification and wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method within seven (7) business days.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Termination does not extinguish any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the termination date. x777gg will retain your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data retention laws.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

x777gg collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. 12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.3 PAGCOR Jurisdiction. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, x777gg is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. Players who are unsatisfied with x777gg's internal resolution process may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.

12.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Clause 12.3, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
